Role:
- Handling entire cycle of collection
- Working on all types of documentation & agreements
- Managing possession activities
- Assisting for Loan requirements
- Coordinating with Sales & Post possession department on regular basis
- Coordinating with banks for loan procedures
- Following up time to time
- Making welcome Calls & send letters/mails (as applicable)
- To be one point of contact for customer post booking till possession, hereby ensuring customer centric experience
Skill Set:
- Extremely well versed with paperwork, agreements, DD & post sales activities
- Ability to build relationships for smooth & timely collection
